个人简历:

  马旭村,1971年11月出生,1992年7月北京大学化学系本科毕业,2000年7月中科院物理所凝聚态物理博士毕业。1992年至1997年在中科院盐湖所工作,2000年至2002年在德国马普学会微结构物理研究所做博士后研究,2003年至今在中科院物理所表面物理国家重点实验室工作。现任中科院物理所研究员、研究组组长。曾获得2005年度中国科学院“杰出科技成就奖”(集体奖)、2008年北京市科学技术一等奖、2010年国家杰出青年科学基金。

研究兴趣:
  低维结构的控制生长/量子效应和表面吸附/催化研究。近期主要从事拓扑绝缘体和低维纳米结构的控制生长、量子效应与性能关系研究。
