王立莉 副研究员

 

个人简历:

  王立莉,女,1978 年6 月出生。2000 年毕业于山东师范大学物理系,获得理学学士学位。2001 年至2006 年在中科院物理研究所攻读博士学位,并从事半导体衬底上低维纳米结构的物性研究工作,于2006 年9 月获得凝聚态物理专业理学博士学位。2006 年11 月至2008 年12 月, 在美国莱斯大学任博士后研究人员,从事半导体和金属衬底上分子结构和电性表征,并顺利完成微波扫描隧道显微镜的搭建工作。2008 年12 月加入中科院物理所表面物理国家重点实验室工作,2009年7月起任副研究员。已在Nature Physics、Phys. Rev. Lett、Phys. Rev. B、 Adv. Mater.、Appl. Phys. Lett.等杂志发表论文10余篇。在纳米材料制备、结构性质以及与量子尺寸效应关联的研究方面有很好的工作基础。近期主要工作是研究低维纳米材料/结构的超导性质、拓扑绝缘体等。
