   •   Our research wrok with the title of "Water-soluble hexagonal

         

         BaAl2O4 as sacrificial layer for freestanding crystalline

         

         membranes and flexible devices" was published in 

         

         Nature Materials, which introduces a new water-soluble

 

         sacrifical layer of hexagonal BaAl2O4.

   

   •  Our work with the title of "Unveiling strong ion–electron

         

         –lattice  coupling and electronic antidoping in hydrogenated

 

         perovskite nickelatewas published in Advanced Materials,

 

         in which the hydrogen induced metal-insulator transition and

 

         antidoping effect were  illustrated.

   

   •  Our work with the title of "Unraveling the Atomic-Scale

 

         Lattice Distortion and Selective Electronic Orbital Filling

 

         During the Hydrogen Induced Metal-Insulator Transitions

 

         in VO2was published in Small, in which the hydrogen

 

         induced insulator-metal-insulator transition and complete

 

         electronic phase diagram were demonstrated.

   

   •  Our work with the title of "Strain-assembled crystalline SrRuO3

 

         microtube and emergent curvilinear magnetism was published

 

         in Advanced Science, in which the microtube of ferromagnetic

 

         metallic SrRuO3 membrane was fabricated and its curvilinear

 

         magnetism was investigated.

   

   •   Mingtong and Chao Lu finished their PhD, and they will start

 

          their new journey. Congratulations to Mingtong and Chao.

   •    Our material synthesis platform with one Laser MBE equipped

 

          with RHEED and with laser heating (up to 1000 oC), and two

 

          pulsed laser deposition (PLD) systems for the epitaxial growth

         

          of oxide thin films are ready now. 

   

   •     Prof. Cao’s books <<物理学咬文嚼字—Etymologicon for

           

           Chinese Physics Learners>> were published, which include

           

           four volumes and 100 articles that cover the basic concepts             

           

           of physics.
