2005年本科毕业于四川大学,获应用物理学学士学位;中科院物理所硕博连读,2010年获物理学博士学位;同年留在表面物理国家实验室工作,2015年至今任副研究员。

主要研究方向:
过渡金属氧化物原子级精度外延生长;表面/界面新奇物性;人工调控氧化物性质。

过去的主要工作及获得的成果:
一直致力于原子级精度外延制备氧化物薄膜,擅长使用脉冲激光沉积、分子束外延方法原子尺度控制氧化物薄膜生长。发展了基于RHEED反馈制备氧化物薄膜的方法,克服了分子束外延中束流不稳定性问题。通过研究表面氧空位迁移的动力学过程,获得了类似半导体δ掺杂的金属性氧化物二维电子体系。利用脉冲激光沉积,构造了具有明锐界面的LaTiO3/SrTiO3的超晶格结构,在其表面和界面探测到了二次谐波(SHG),实现了完全从界面产生的SHG。利用LaCoO3与LaCoO2.5之间的可逆转变,实现了对钙钛矿结构LaCoO3薄膜氧空位浓度及其晶格占位的精确控制。设计SrTiO3/LaTiO3/SrTiO3氧化物异质结构,利用Rashba 自旋轨道耦合调控界面非平庸电子能带结构与近藤效应。
