孟梦,男,1989年生。2017年毕业于中山大学,获理学博士学位。2016.9至2017.9获得留学基金委资助,以联合培养博士的身份,前往美国路易斯安那州立大学。2018年1月加入中科院物理所SF06课题组,现为怀柔材料基因组研究平台岗位博士后。长期从事过渡金属复杂氧化物、氮化物的薄膜生长,及其磁性、输运特性的研究工作。近年来在过渡金属氮化物自旋电子学及复杂氧化物界面效应方面取得了一系列进展,在Nat. Commun.,Appl. Phys. Lett.等学术期刊上发表论文20篇。
