   王炜华,男,1980年2月出生于山西省阳泉市。1999年至2003年在中国科学技术大学物理系学习,2003年至2008年在中国科学技术大学合肥微尺度物质科学国家实验室硕博连读,2009年至2014年在香港科技大学物理系进行博士后研究工作,2014年5月加入物理所,现任特聘研究员。

  现利用低温超高真空扫描隧道显微镜从事以下方向的研究:
(1)复杂过渡金属氧化物的可控生长及高分辨表征,复杂过渡金属氧化物在外场下的相变及新奇物理现象;
(2)吸附于金属及半导体表面的有机分子的物理化学性质,如电子输运性质,分子电子结果的表征及调控,表面催化的化学反应过程以及受隧穿电子激发的物理化学过程。
