2010-present: Worked as an Associate Professor, in the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China

2002-2007:     Worked as a Research Associate, Research Assistant, in the Optical Characterization & Nanophotonics Laboratory, Photonics Center, Boston University, USA

1997-1999:     Worked as a Research Assistant in State Key Lab for Mesoscopic Physics, Peking University, Beijing, China


Teaching Experience:

2016-present:   Worked as an Associate Professor, in the School of Physical Sciences, University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, taught classes for undergraduate students.

2010-present:   Worked as an Associate Professor, in the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, supervised graduate students for study and research.

2002-2007:       Worked as a Research Associate, Research Assistant, in the Optical Characterization & Nanophotonics Laboratory, Photonics enter, Boston Universitymentored an undergraduate student for summer research in summer, 2006 and summer 2004.     

2000-2002:       Worked as a Teaching Assistant, in the Physics Department, Boston University, taught laboratory sections and held office hours for entry level college physics classes.

1992-1997:      Studied as a college student in Peking University, Beijing, China, developed software for computer based lab teaching program in the physics teaching lab.
