Title:Quantum Anomalous Hall Effect ―from magnetic-doping TIs to intrinsic magnetic materials (TIs or WSMs)

Abstract:量子反常霍尔效应是在没有外磁场的情况下由自发磁化导致的量子化霍尔电导效应,其物理本质是自发磁化和自旋轨道耦合相互作用共同导致的拓扑非平庸的电子结构。它具有其无耗散的边缘态,利用这一点发展出新一代的低能耗晶体管和电子学器件,从而解决摩尔定律的瓶颈问题和电脑元件发热问题。对量子反常霍尔效应的探索一直是一个热点问题。长期以来的探索有了突破性的进展,但是仍然面临着严峻的考验。
